95th Annual Award Winning Flower Show
Garden Tour and Sale of Uncommon Plants

GARDEN HARMONY is the theme of the 95th annual Redlands Horticultural and Improvement Society Award Winning Flower Show, Garden Tour and Sale of Uncommon Plants. This event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29, in the elegant glass enclosed ESRI Cafe facility overlooking the wooded campus at 380 NewYork Street in Redlands.
Visitors will enjoy this gardening and floral extravaganza which will be filled with countless remarkable presentations by members of the community of their individual horticultural specimens, cut flowers and artful floral arrangements. In addition, an outstanding collection of spectacular floral design displays, special african violet exhibitions and demonstrations, unique school exhibits and more will be offered. Visitors will also be able to stroll through some of
Redlands beautiful and fascinating springtime gardens and shop for Uncommon Plants at the the RHIS Plant Propagation Yard in historic Prospect Park next to the Carriage House.
The Flower Show and Garden Tour will be open to the public from 2-6 PM on Saturday, April 28 and 10 AM to 5 PM on on Sunday, April 29. Tickets will be available at the Flower Show at $8 for adults and free for children under 13 with an adult. The tickets include admission to both the Flower Show and the Garden Tour. Tickets are not required for the Sale of Uncommon Plants at the RHIS Plant Propagation Yard which will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
Since its founding in 1889, Redlands Horticultural and Improvement Society, the oldest garden club in California and one of the largest garden clubs in the west, has presented more than 116 Flower Shows in Redlands. The Society is a member of the National Garden Clubs, Inc. and a Charter Member of the California Garden Clubs, Inc. This Flower Show is a STANDARD Flower Show based upon the standards of the Nation Garden Clubs, Inc. The RHIS Flower Show has always been one of the most outstanding flower shows in the entire state. Amateurs, home gardeners, experienced experts and junior gardeners are welcome to display their efforts and compete for awards by certified judges. There is no charge to enter an exhibit in the Flower Show.
